Applicants may be determined as having vocational English if they meet certain criteria, without having to undertake an English test. These may include:
- Completion of Year 12 or equivalent in Australia or another English-language education system.
- Completion of a qualification in Australia at Certificate III level or higher.
This is a guide only. Different student categories and visa types have different requirements.
